Users enter the details of their registration situation, receive guidance to fill out each section of the application, and receive a completed application form at the end of the process. It takes just 15 minutes from the comfort of one's home rather than time and frustration spent trying to understanding the vehicle laws in Massachusetts and navigating the outdated pen-and-paper systems at the RMV.
